  • We are a multicultural company and our staff are able to communicate in a number of languages as well as English.
  • CityHome understands owners corporations are concerned with costs of maintenance etc and we are committed to provide tradesman who will undertake repairs at the best price while maintaining the highest quality repairs and service. All work is guaranteed for a reasonable time.
  • Our management team are very experienced and are committed to providing the best and most cost effective repairs on a very timely basis. All repairs are guaranteed by tradesmen who will return and make any necessary repairs at no additional cost.
  • Management fees. Our management fee covers all costs for computing, photo copying, emails, SMS, faxes and phone calls as well as Postage costs. Our office is fully computerised and can provide the owner with any information they may require. We use user friendly stratamaster system.
  • Quick response times. Our office is open 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Our managers will respond to phone messages within 1 hour, and emails the same day, regardless if they come from an owner, a tenant, or a property manager.
  • Financial reporting available online 24/7. We are transparent with your invoices and accounts. The “user friendly” management systems provide owners and Executive Committee Members 24/7 with access to financial records and other reports via our convenient online Portal, from their PC or mobile phone.
  • We use insured and licensed tradespeople only. All tradesmen used by our company are licensed and qualified in their respective fields. CityHome does not receive commissions from any tradespersons.
  • We manage and monitor our daily operations required by the following acts.
    1. – Strata schemes management acts
    2. – strata schemes development act 2015
    3. – Property, stock and business agent act 2002
  • Documentation. All the activities such as: general repairs, maintenance are documented and recorded in our strata management system.
  • We keep ourselves updated with the latest changes of the government laws.
  • Document Information. Our systems provide a database of all building correspondence to allow easy access to all relevant strata plan information. This includes title information, correspondence, projects, work order information and compliance.
  • Payment of invoices. The Strata Manager checks all invoices and authorises them before payment and can provide a copy to the Executive Committee if required. Approval before payment can also be organised, subject to work orders issued.
  • Arrears Management. Our Strata Management team also has considerable experience with levy arrears collection and is able to provide owners in arrears with some flexibility with executive committee approval. Executive committee will also be provided with timely status reports on recovery and any legal action to be undertaken.
  • Efficient communication. We recommend regular communication with the Executive Committee and we also are able to organise electronic communication with owners which is cost effective and quick.
  • Regular building inpsection. We undertake monthly inspection of all buildings and report any adverse problems to the Executive Committee.
  • CityHome is committed to environmental sustainability in strata. We are familiar with solar and lighting systems which help reduce cost to owners corporation and save energy.
